GROUND-MOUNTED SOLAR

Rooftop solar is not always the best fit. A roof may be shaded by trees, too small for the system you need, facing the wrong direction, or close to the point where it needs replacing. Ground-mounted solar solves these problems by placing the panels on a sturdy frame in your yard or on open land, where they can be tilted and aimed for the best possible sun exposure. Because the array sits at ground level, it is also easier to reach for cleaning, inspection and service, and there are no roof penetrations to worry about. A ground-mounted system can be connected to your home, a barn, a shop or other outbuildings, and there is often room to add more panels later as your energy needs grow. The right location depends on your property, the path of the sun and how far the array needs to be from your electrical panel. Our team walks the site with you, plans the placement, handles the electrical work and installs and tests the system, so you get reliable solar without depending on your roof.
